MAC Buffiest
I have wanted to blog about makeup forever. Classic makeup blogging does not seem to be as popular anymore. Everyone is tiktoking and vlogging. And I love it but I have always made a conscious effort to move at the beat of my own drum. I also like the anonymity of blogging. We rarely have privacy anymore and I value it. So… here I am.
Outside of my children and hubby, makeup is the love of my life. I simply obsess over it. Specifically, MAC makeup. I mean, I wear it all, but I’m a ’90s baby and MAC IS THE MAKEUP OF THE ’90s. Period. If you like MAC, if you like MOB Beauty, if you like makeup from the late 1900s, as the new kids say, you have found your people!
So I want to start with a new take on the matte lips of the 90’s: Mac Buffiest. If you’re thinking Buffy the Vampire Slayer…you get it.
Buffiest is described on the MAC website as a midtone nudey pink. The powder kiss formula is exceptionally comfortable. Very different from the matte’s of the 90’s, but also providing a similar look. I love it, and it does look like a color that Buffy herself would have worn. It actually looks almost exactly like the color in the picture above.

I think I may do a few other posts on these powder kiss liquid lips. They are so pretty.
